NO FAIR!!!

Well I don't know why I expected any thing different. GSM (Guest Service Measurements ) came out today for the CAR/valets. They were pleased to announce that they were the highest ever ... 100% It would of carried more weight if when they told us the "good news" that the valets weren't at that moment dancing around while a guest in a wheel chair was lifting his bags out of his trunk unaided, all the while Kris and security were discussing the missing laptop that was pulled out of the owner's bag. My comment ... they should be careful ... falsafying company documents is a termanation offence.
